The design steps are discussed, and the design prototype is fabricated. The equation for phase shifter is also derived using ABCD parameter. The bandwidth of the phase shifter circuit is 60% for 900 relative phase shift between 3.8 GHz to 7 GHz. The ripple factor of this proposed phase shifter is also in between ±5% for operating bandwidth.
