摘要
本研究的目的是分析WhatsApp应用程序在PT. Sulawesi Mandiri人民信贷银行的使用情况。使用的分析方法是描述性定性的访谈形式在PT.苏拉威西曼迪里人民信贷银行。结果显示，PT. Sulawesi Mandiri People's Credit Bank Mandiri的员工使用WhatsApp应用程序，因为它可以支持团队工作和个人工作。
