The evolution of discipline shows that emerging engineering education (3E) has its necessity. In this paper, the 3E is discussed from the reflection of modernity, classification guidance and higher education institution’s self-exploration, integrity-oriented engineering discipline reconstruction, engineering education comprehensive reform, and other aspects. 摘要

随着新工业革命的加速和全球化进程的深入,新经济的发展和现代形势的复杂性要求中国高等工程教育发挥作用,建立新型工程教育。学科的演变表明,新兴工程教育(3E)有其必要性。本文从现代性的反思、分类指导与高等院校的自我探索、诚信导向的工程学科重建、工程教育的综合改革等方面对3E进行了探讨。在3E背景下,地方高等学校工程教育改革与发展存在着发展逻辑固定、办学思想落后、协同教学资源缺乏、组织管理障碍、教师实践能力薄弱等困难。为解决这些问题,地方高校应设计自身定位,根据区域产业需求设置学科,打破学科间壁垒,整合政企校企资源,推进工程教育改革,完善教学评价体系。
