摘要

社区营销是精准营销的核心,是将广告推送给真正需要的用户。本文通过建立用户的特征模型和兴趣模型,利用本体分析和语义挖掘对社区用户的行为特征、陈述和评论、关注内容等进行分析,最终动态构建社区用户的真实特征属性和兴趣集。此外,我们使用不确定推理来推断用户的特征和兴趣。实验表明,该方法对用户的特征属性和兴趣集具有较好的准确性。
