摘要

设计高效、快捷的高速公路收费服务系统,对提高公共出行质量,方便人们出行具有重要意义。本文考虑了收费服务系统的建设成本和服务效率,提出了收费服务系统的设计方案,包括收费站的数量、收费方式和收费通道的长度。具体而言,我们基于M/G/K排队理论,通过收费等待时间来衡量收费服务的效率,并确定车道数与服务效率函数之间的关系。同时考虑不同车道的建设成本,采用图解法求解了效率和建设成本双目标条件下收费车道数的单因素优化问题。
