In this paper, the construction cost and service efficiency of the toll service system are considered, and a design scheme of toll service system is proposed, which includes the number of toll stations, the ways of charging and the length of the toll channel. Concretely, we measured the efficiency of toll service by the waiting time for payment based on the M/G/K queue theory, and determined the relationship between the number of lanes and service efficiency function.
