The Ethernet network architecture of the system was designed in consideration of the communication distance, communication quality and electromagnetic compatibility. The monitoring terminal used the OPC interface and the Ethernet technique to exchange data with the software PLC in industrial site. Due to the advantages of perfect function and friendly user interface, the industrial configuration software was used as a development tool for the human-computer interface design. The function and the arrangement of the human machine interface were designed according to the requirement of the company. The system realized production process monitoring and production information management through data collecting and processing.
