摘要

本文重点研究了压铸单位远程监控系统的设计与实现,实现了压铸单位的信息化管理。综合考虑通信距离、通信质量和电磁兼容性等因素,设计了系统的以太网网络架构。监控终端采用OPC接口和以太网技术与工业现场的PLC软件进行数据交换。由于工业组态软件功能完善、用户界面友好等优点,采用工业组态软件作为开发工具进行人机界面设计。根据公司的要求,设计了人机界面的功能和布局。该系统通过数据采集和处理,实现了生产过程监控和生产信息管理。机器状态、操作参数、注射数据和生产信息都可以在HMI中找到。
