This paper also compares the experimental measurement results with the COMSOL simulation results. 摘要

针对固体介质中功率超声强度测量的问题,提出了一种基于分层测量和反拟合的固体介质中功率强度测量与分析方法。根据模拟声场声轴上的声压分布确定典型固体介质的厚度,并单独测量表面声场,得到声强在径向上的变化。然后基于分数阶线性拟合算法对不同厚度的测量值进行拟合。最后,利用拟合方程得到了功率超声场在固体中的分布。并将实验测量结果与COMSOL仿真结果进行了比较。两者在变化趋势上具有高度的相似性,说明该测量方案是可行的。
