The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on turnover intention with job satisfaction as the mediating variable on PG Kebon Agung. This research is explanatory research that involves a sample of 76 full-time employees of PG Kebon Agung using probability sampling method (random sampling). The tests used to examine research instruments are validity and reliability testing. Hypotheses test is done through path analysis which is the development of multiple linear regression analysis to test the classical assumptions like normality test, multicollinearity, linearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Based on the results of this research compensation shows significant and negative effect on turnover intention. Further, job satisfaction does not have significant effect on turnover intention; yet compensation has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. The result of path analysis implies that job satisfaction can-not mediate the relationship between compensation and turnover intention.
