This study aims to describe the strategy of the education unit in fostering the curiosity of students in the new normal using SWOT analysis. The research method in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. SWOT analysis is used to analyze SWOT factors to determine learning strategies. Data analysis was divided into stages of data collection, analysis, and conclusion. The research subjects included teachers and students. 摘要

在学习过程中,高度的好奇心可以激发学生的学习兴趣,发现自己不知道的东西,提供有意义的学习。本研究旨在运用SWOT分析法描述新常态下教育单位培养学生好奇心的策略。本研究的研究方法是定性的,采用观察、访谈和文献资料的数据收集技术。SWOT分析是通过分析SWOT因素来确定学习策略。数据分析分为数据收集、分析和结论三个阶段。研究对象包括教师和学生。根据SWOT分析的结果,学校单位可以采用的策略是运用建构主义学习方法和模式,如探究和CTL。
