Heating of a reaction mixture by microwave waves together with use of catalytic agents allows to reduce duration of handling in 15 times and to reduce accordingly energy expenditures in comparison with use of vulcanizers. 摘要

本文在对微波电磁场能在聚合物衰变化学反应中的应用进行理论和实验研究的基础上,探讨了有效回收生活垃圾聚对苯二甲酸乙酯(PETP)的方法。利用微波辐射能作为热源,与传统加热相比,提高了流动响应的质量,降低了能量消耗,缩短了热处理时间。与使用硫化剂相比,用微波加热反应混合物并使用催化剂可以将处理时间缩短15倍,并相应减少能源消耗。在电动力学和热传导联合问题的数值解中,将物理模拟的效果与计算实验进行了比较。
