本研究旨在深入探讨妇女赋权与地方产品复原力，透过科技发展模式强化区域经济。本研究的样本为位于巴厘岛的具有地理标志产品的中小微企业。研究的结果是:创意产业领域人力资源质量的提高对社会经济共同体产生了积极影响;改善福利的质量、数量和分配、以科技为基础的生产、赋权，以及九龙社区之间的合作模式。
