Intergrable models of extremely short pulse propagation: After 2000
Propagation of the few-cycle pulses in nonlinear medium are considered. The Reduced Maxwell-Bloch equations with taking into account permanent dipole momentum and wave polarization, and the Schafer-Wayne equation represent new examples of the intergable equations. Some classical integrable equations can be adapted for description of an extremely short pulse evolution too.
