摘要

为了提高钛合金的切削性能,提高刀具的耐用性,采用激光辅助切削技术进行了实验,研究了TC4在切削过程中的刀具磨损形式。结果表明:TC4钛合金被硬质合金刀具切削,刀具磨损形式主要为粘结、扩散磨损和剥落及切削刃。磨损机理主要是粘结剂磨损和切削刃磨损。在激光加热条件下,刀具磨损小,磨损形式发生改变,有利于改善刀具磨损机理,提高刀具寿命。
