Smart Application Criterion based on Motivation of Obese People
The overweight of obesity pose a serious and increasing problem over whole the world. Current technique and methods can influence in weight loss in the short term but often fail in the longer term. Increasing motivation and thereby improving adherence can be a key factor in achieving the needed behavioral change. This current study summarised three important issues that related to behavior change such as drink water, eat low calories food and do exercise with the running and walking every day. The research objective is to motivate the obese people for decrease their weight based on smart application criterion. The preliminary investigation result shows that confirm from qualitative interview with experts and quantitative survey with obese people. The smart application criterion was based on the matching of three issues aspects (time table to drinking water, eating low calories food and exercise every day with running/walking. Finally, the future work of smart application is to apply on real obese people and measure the effectiveness on them.
