In response to this problem, this paper adopts a hardware functions software implementation method, under the guidance of design ideas such as versatility, uniformity, standardization, authenticity and openness, based on a combination of software and hardware architecture, to develop a low-cost simulation network management system and simulation optical transmission network with complete functions and strong expandability.
