Thereinto, linear movement of mechanical arm and workpiece revolution & alignment are just implemented by servo system. 摘要

滑动轴承扩孔珩磨装卸控制系统主要由装载单元、输送单元和卸料单元组成,具有材料识别、工件对中、机械臂输送和卸料等功能。本文详细分析了气动控制原理,设计了基于三菱PLC的控制系统。其中,机械臂的直线运动和工件的旋转对准都是由伺服系统来实现的。经在线调试和在生产线上的应用表明,该系统运行可靠,符合生产要求。
