本文比较了单相z源逆变器(ZSI)的三种PWM控制方法;传统、简单升压(SB-PWM)和修改参考(MR-PWM)。在Matlab/Simulink中建立了开环系统中逆变器的模型。在确定z源逆变器性能的基础上,针对直流输入电压和开关频率这两个设计参数,分析了两种方法及其调制指标。
