This research was originally intended to examine the relationship and causality between digital culture and online training with the formation of learning agility from commercial bank. The research, which was designed as a quantitative study, with a survey method using a questionnaire, was conducted on 109 selected respondents from a total population of 150 employees of the selected commercial bank's branch. From the data processing and processing results and hypothesis testing using SPSS25 software, it was evident that digital culture and online training, either partially or simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on learning agility.
