This paper summarizes solutions to a number of challenges that the telecom industry has to answer in order to rollout carrier-grade services capability with mass-market acceptance. With a main focus on incorporating the architecture solutions and feature capabilities, we have developed next-generation V2 over IP telecom solution architecture with interoperability and transformation as the key objectives.
