In order to develop a low-cost desktop light-weight rehabilitation training equipment, reduce the doctor workload, improve recovery efficiency and reduce the family economic burden, this paper designs a motor drive for upper limb movement rehabilitation equipment. And verify the performance of the motor drive through the simulation and experiment. 摘要

中国人口老龄化日益严重,上肢运动障碍患者数量逐年增加,上肢康复已成为老年人护理服务的重要环节。随着科学技术的进步,恢复上肢功能的训练理论逐渐成熟,辅助训练设备也随之诞生和发展。为了开发一种低成本的台式轻型康复训练设备,减少医生工作量,提高康复效率,减轻家庭经济负担,本文设计了一种上肢运动康复设备的电机驱动。并通过仿真和实验验证了电机驱动的性能。结果表明,所设计的电机驱动器能够控制永磁同步电机在要求的模式下稳定运行。
