摘要

例一名40岁妇女因味觉障碍来我院就诊。根据低血清锌，我们诊断缺锌味觉障碍。开始服用锌含量高的醋酸锌，主观症状立即得到改善。然而，患者抱怨消化系统症状为不良反应，因此锌替代治疗改为polaprezinc。改用连续使用两种锌制剂作为锌替代疗法后，味觉障碍和低锌血症得到改善。

A Case Report of Taste Disorder Improved by Using Two Types of Zinc Preparations
