The main drawback of this algorithm lies in the additional power consumption at the optical network unit that arise from using two receivers. In this paper, we extend our study to present a novel single-receiver dual-channel dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm to further optimize local storage based video-on-demand delivery over passive optical networks. 摘要
