摘要

应用参潜固经颗粒治疗月经过多72例，其中特发性月经过多28例，子宫肌瘤29例，子宫内膜异位症7例，宫内节育器5例，产后及人工流产后3例。测定治疗前后月经失血量(MBL)、经液及外周血纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)水平。87.5%的患者MBL明显降低(P < 0.05)。局部FDP水平与MBL的有效性平行显著下降。提示中药复方对月经过多的作用与其调节FDP水平有关。
