The hybrid network is achieved by cruciform directional coupler on SIW and a 90 degrees delay microstrip line. Based on this structure, the isolation and conversion bandwidth of mixer has been improved significantly. Finally, the measurement indicates that mixer's center frequency is 33 GHz, conversion loss bandwidth (15 dB) is 3.3 GHz and the peak amplitude is 9.3 dB (at 32.75 GHz), isolation between RF and LO greater than 15 dB. 本文提出了一种在q波段具有180度混合网络的平衡混频器。该混合网络是由SIW上的十字形定向耦合器和90度延迟微带线实现的。基于这种结构,混频器的隔离和转换带宽得到了显著提高。最后,测量结果表明,混频器的中心频率为33 GHz,转换损耗带宽(15 dB)为3.3 GHz,峰值幅值为9.3 dB (32.75 GHz),射频与本端隔离度大于15 dB。同时,混频器具有可接受的线性度,IP1dB接近4.8 dBm。
