摘要

为了对果园运输的运行性能进行客观评价,并为相关技术参数的合理改进提供基础数据,在实验平台上构建了基于PLC的通用山地果园运输测试系统。在系统上可以测量传动轴的转矩和转速、导轮转速、传动轴车轮槽的磨损、车辆振动加速度等各种物理量。系统硬件包括负荷可调果园运输车、坡度可调轨道、涡流传感器、数据记录仪等测试元件。系统软件通过添加在PC机上的多通道数据记录仪获取试验数据,并在其上实现数据采集、数据处理、最终图形显示和数据存储等大部分功能。运行试验表明,该测试系统可用于轨道交通综合性能的多个参数测试,为优化轨道交通运行性能提供试验条件或理论依据。
