The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that both information quality and system quality of delivery app quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction. Second, user satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the intention to continue use. Third, in the group with a low level of personal innovation, information quality was found to have a significant effect on user satisfaction, but system quality was found to have no significant effect on user satisfaction. On the other hand, in the group with a high level of personal innovation, both information quality and system quality were found to have a significant effect on user satisfaction. 摘要
在前人研究的基础上,本研究的目的是基于信息系统成功模型(information system success model, ISSM)检验交付app质量、用户满意度和持续使用意愿之间的关系,检验个体创新群体之间的差异,并通过实证分析对其进行验证。分析结果如下:首先,我们发现交付app质量中的信息质量和系统质量对用户满意度都有显著的影响。其次,我们发现用户满意度对继续使用的意愿有显著影响。第三,在个人创新水平较低的群体中,发现信息质量对用户满意度有显著影响,但发现系统质量对用户满意度没有显著影响。另一方面,在个人创新水平较高的群体中,信息质量和系统质量对用户满意度都有显著影响。第四,我们发现用户满意度对个人创新水平低和高两组的继续使用意愿都有显著影响。
