摘要

在公立大学中发展一支专业的组织者和官员队伍是越南提高大学教育队伍质量的必要要求,以满足基本和全面的教育创新要求。本文在理论研究的基础上,通过对现有队伍的调查,提出了建设公立大学专业组织者和干部队伍的六个对策:1)组织提高管理和领导人员对建设公立大学专业组织者和干部队伍的必要性的认识;2)以胜任力为导向,完善公立高校专业组织者和干部队伍的规划与发展;(3)完善以能力为导向的专业组织者和官员队伍招聘和使用机制;4)组织培训,提高专业组织者和官员队伍满足工作岗位要求的能力;5)建立一套基于岗位法的公立大学专业组织者和官员绩效评价标准;6)建立激励性的工作环境,发展公立大学专业组织者和官员团队的能力。
