This study used a qualitative case study approach involving three subjects who had been participated in mentoring program for more than one year. The data collected by using interview and observation. The Data coded by using thematic approach. The results shows moral reasoning of the subjects at the level of post-conventional at the stage of orientation of social contract legality and moral orientation with universal ethical principles.
