The condition of Lake Matano is threatened with degradation due to land conversion which can indirectly affect the habitat of endemic fish in this case is opudi fish ( Telmatherina prognatha Kottelat, 1991). This study aims to determine the characteristics of Lake Matano includes water quality data, consisting of physical parameters (temperature and brightness, turbidity, total dissolved solids/total dissolved solids/TDS) and chemical parameters (dissolved oxygen/DO and pH.
