摘要

锯是工业生产中重要的切削加工工具。然而,由于加工工艺的原因,往往会产生表面缺陷的废料,因此锯材表面缺陷的检测对锯材的质量至关重要。本文研究了电锯钎焊区的分割问题。考虑到检测的实时性要求,采用了简单、快速的Otsu方法。选择与视觉模型相似的HSV色彩空间。将文献(13)中的灰度空间Otsu算法和基于Otsu的颜色空间双阈值分割与文献(13)中的HSV颜色空间H-S信息与Otsu相结合的方法进行比较。结果表明,本文提出的算法效果良好,能够满足实时性要求。
