Controlling the performance of a solar system using an Induction Motor-Centrifugal Compressor in the Algerian Sahara
Excessive use of fossil energy for electricity production is a polluting factor of nature, and using conventional electrical energy in remote or deserted areas is often a costly factor, but solar energy, particularly photovoltaic, is thought to be the most convenient due to the availability of a climate to produce electricity and a sufficient area for any amount of energy appropriate. We try to size and control a photovoltaic pumping and discharging natural gas system in the Sahara by using the incremental conductibility-maximum power point tracking method to run the photovoltaic generator at full power and the vector-based method to control the associated induction motor and centrifugal compressor. With these latest enhancements, we increased system efficiency.
