Knowing the significance of work motivation in mediating the influence of work culture on employee performance; 10) Knowing the significance of work motivation in mediating the effect of income improvement allowances on employee performance. The subjects of this study were all employees of the Department of Communications and Informatics, Tegal Regency, totaling 50 employees. In this study, the data collection method used was a questionnaire.
