From the perspective of the actual needs of college education management, this paper introduces the significance of education management big data mining, puts forward the educational data mapping and experience inversion learning mechanism, and discusses the establishment of education management model based on big data mining. Firstly, the differences between educational data mining and traditional data analysis are analyzed. Secondly, how to find education management and decision-making knowledge from educational data is proposed. Finally, an educational management model based on the integration of experience and data is constructed. Research shows that university education and teaching big data mining is reflected in the multi-dimensional and complex characteristics of information. 摘要

为了实现可信的教育教学管理目的,需要从多维、复杂的角度进行教育管理大数据挖掘。本文从高校教育管理的实际需求出发,介绍了教育管理大数据挖掘的意义,提出了教育数据映射和经验倒转学习机制,探讨了基于大数据挖掘的教育管理模型的建立。首先,分析了教育数据挖掘与传统数据分析的区别。其次,提出了如何从教育数据中挖掘教育管理和决策知识。最后,构建了一个基于经验与数据相结合的教育管理模型。研究表明,高校教育教学大数据挖掘正体现在信息的多维性和复杂性特征上。此外,基于数据-经验融合分析的教育管理决策是一种值得信赖的决策,也是对未来高校教育管理的一项有意义的研究。
