摘要

高效的视频内容改编需要内容分析技术,并根据网络属性、终端设备特性和用户偏好开发适当的内容扩展机制。在本文中,我们提出了一种自适应的最优率失真方案,该方案能够在不违反序列目标比特率的情况下,根据用户需求、网络平台能力和终端特性为每个视频对象分配不同的优先级。在本文中,我们认为视频对象已经被内容分割算法检测到。与感兴趣对象相比,所提出的方案最大限度地减少了对象对非感兴趣对象的影响。
