Study on the Uncertainties of Transportation Network in Emergency Evacuation Management
On generally considering the uncertainties of the evacuation request unreliable, the constant change process of disaster and the personnel complex behavior as well as the high cost of model's infeasibility, the dynamic model of transportation network in emergency evacuation is built. It is proved that the emergency evacuation management is a typically uncertainty optimization problems through an example, which provide the foundation for further model optimization algorithms.
