This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were interview, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. Data analysis in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that (1) the online learning process consists of planning and implementing learning. Planning by preparing RPP in advance and implementing it using whatsAap and e-learning platforms. (2) the problems of learning Arabic online are internal and external. Internal problems, namely, problems in online learning techniques. There are still many students who have difficulty and do not understand the material, then the problem of motivation and interest. External problems include problems in the family environment, namely there are still parents who do not care about their children's education and problems in the school environment, namely the lack of interaction between students and teachers. (3) Efforts are made to overcome the problems of online learning Arabic during the covid-19 pandemic for class XI MAN 1 students by Arabic language teachers, namely for students who do not understand the material that has been given through online learning, the teacher will hold additional classes scheduled three times per week. 摘要

本研究的目的是了解1)在covid-19大流行期间,望加锡市MAN 1班的学生在线学习阿拉伯语的过程。本研究采用描述性定性方法。本研究的资料收集方法为访谈法、问卷法和文献法。使用数据源三角剖分检查数据的有效性。本研究的数据分析包括数据还原、数据呈现和得出结论。研究结果表明:(1)在线学习过程包括计划学习和实施学习。通过提前准备RPP并使用whatsAap和电子学习平台实施它来进行规划。(2)在线学习阿拉伯语的问题有内部的和外部的。内部问题,即在线学习技术方面的问题。仍然有很多学生有困难,不理解材料,然后是动机和兴趣的问题。外部问题包括家庭环境的问题,即仍然有家长不关心孩子的教育,学校环境的问题,即学生和老师之间缺乏互动。学生在不理解材料的情况下所做的努力,即观看已经提供的材料并询问或与朋友讨论。关键词:问题,在线学习,covid-19
