This research is important because the number of young voters in Indonesia, Philippine, and Thailand is increasing. Research shows that the young voters‘ political attitude towards the election tends to be skeptical, apriori, and apathetic. One of the contributing factors is the voter education implemented by the general election commission and political parties only focusing on the electoral techniques instead of the substantive electoral section. Therefore, integrating the voter education to the existing relevant subject without adding new subject is needed as it can develop the awareness and participation of the voters to use their suffrage. The research method used is a document study using content analysis towards the 2013 curriculum on social sciences for the Senior High School. Data verification is carried out through Focus Group Discussion (FGD). 摘要

本文对高中选民教育与学科的整合进行了研究。这项研究很重要,因为印尼、菲律宾和泰国的年轻选民数量正在增加。研究表明,年轻选民对选举的政治态度倾向于怀疑、先验和冷漠。其中一个原因是,选举管理委员会和各政党只注重选举技术,而不注重实质性的选举环节。因此,需要将选民教育整合到现有的相关学科中,而不增加新的学科,这样可以提高选民使用选举权的意识和参与度。本文采用文献研究法对2013年高中社会科学课程进行内容分析。数据验证通过焦点小组讨论(FGD)进行。本研究的结果是:(1)基于能力的学习分析选民教育不能融入高中所有社会科学学科;(2)选民教育只能在社会学上进行整合和实施。
