Regarding tamper resistance of RO PUFs, Genetic Programming (GP) based attacks have been proposed. However, the GP based attacks only apply the basic genetic strategy. To evaluate tamper resistance of RO PUF accurately, improvement of GP based attack for RO PUF is important.
