摘要

众所周知,创新是社会进步和科技发展的不竭动力。高等教育要培养适应社会需要的人才,必须面对的一项重要任务就是创新教育。本文通过对15所高校的调研,确定了高校的科研创新能力,即学习能力、实践能力和创新能力。借助层次分析法构建大学生创新能力的评价模型,并确定各指标的权重,并在此基础上指出高校需要建立社会需求、搭建实践平台,制定提升大学生科研创新能力的新举措。
