The research method uses quantitative research with multiple regression analysis and data collection techniques carried out online through questionnaires. The results of the study revealed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in the city of Magelang with a count of 2.300 > t table of 1.660. Second, the work environment has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in Magelang City with a t count of 9.337 > t table of 1.660. Third, transformational leadership and the work environment significantly influence the job satisfaction of regional secretariat employees in Magelang City with an f count of 71.908 > f table of 3.09. 摘要
本研究旨在确定并分析变革型领导和工作环境对马格郎市区域秘书处员工工作满意度的正向显著影响。研究方法采用定量研究,采用多元回归分析和数据收集技术,通过在线问卷调查进行。研究结果显示,变革型领导对马格郎市区域秘书处员工的工作满意度有显著影响,计数为2.300 >表为1.660。第二,工作环境对马戈朗市区域秘书处员工工作满意度有显著影响,t计数为9.337 > t表为1.660。第三,变革型领导和工作环境显著影响马葛朗市区域秘书处员工的工作满意度,f = 71.908 > f = 3.09。本研究的结论是:变革型领导和工作环境对马格郎市区域秘书处员工的工作满意度有显著的正向影响。
