The design is based on the small-signal approach for modelling active elements such as transistor and regulators. The measured results of APA have proven usefulness of the proposed design methodology. 摘要
提出了一种工作频率为1.8 ~ 4.0 GHz的7w GaN HEMT自适应功率放大器(APA)。为了控制APA状态,在输入和输出匹配网络中都使用了六个引脚二极管作为调节器。该设计基于小信号方法建模有源元件,如晶体管和调节器。APA的测量结果证明了所提出的设计方法的有效性。APA由专门的单元——通用自适应控制器控制。
