The sorting efficiency, storage scheme and transportation mode of goods are all key factors affecting the quality of services. This paper mainly studies the signal identification method of hanging sorting experimental device based on PLC. This paper analyzes the requirements of automatic sorting, combined with the design principles of the control system, the system composition, I/O point distribution and connection, power access, PLC key control procedures and other contents of the design; This paper introduces the realization process of control system functions such as PLC hardware configuration and state monitoring during the project implementation. The sorting algorithm is designed.
