The research method used is qualitative with a multicase study design. Data collection techniques use: observation, interviews, and documentation. 摘要:本研究的论点是,实现伊斯兰教教育的质量需要伊斯兰教寄宿学校领导具有前瞻性和质量导向的政策。本研究采用多案例研究设计的定性研究方法。使用的数据收集技术:观察、访谈和记录。研究发现:1)新冠肺炎疫情后,占碑省伊斯兰寄宿学校发展迅速;2)政策阶段;计划、组织、实施、控制和评估在Al-Hidayah Sarolangun、Al-Baqiyatush Shalihat Tanjung Jabung Barat和Al-Kinanah中没有得到最佳的执行。3)政策实施的战略得到了强有力的领导、有效的沟通的有力支持,参与制定和实施相关政策在基础设施、人力资源方面仍然受到限制,在提高质量方面得到了治理的支持;4)发展伊斯兰寄宿学校以提高伊斯兰教育质量的努力仍然受到领导层在资助学生方面的承诺的制约;5)外来的伊斯兰寄宿学校足以为占比省的人民作出贡献,但仍然不是最佳的授权。
