摘要

本文以2003 - 2009年中国各省社会保障财政支出数据为基础，运用DEA-Malmquist指数分解方法展开财政支出效率比较，实证分析各省、经济区域之间存在的差异。整体效率低于预期，且呈下降趋势。然而，下降幅度总体上是逐年减少的。效率比较有三个层次:东部省份效率最高，西部省份次之，中部省份效率最低。
