摘要

本文从排队理论的角度对成都火车站售票服务系统问题进行了研究。建立了售票系统的基本排队模型,并分别从系统结构和休假策略的角度研究了两种不同的优化方案。对于每一次优化,不仅要考虑理论分析,而且要考虑应用限制。在实际统计数据的基础上进行了数值分析。最后,我们在第五节中得出结论。
