摘要

了解中小学校长工作敬业度及其影响因素,为提高中小学校长工作敬业度提供依据。运用自我领导问卷和工作投入量表对220名中小学校长进行问卷调查。中小学校长的自我领导能力和工作投入度均处于中等偏上水平;中小学校长自我领导各维度与工作投入均存在显著相关,但自我奖励、自我惩罚维度与贡献、自我奖励与专注不存在显著相关;通过多元逐步回归分析发现,回归方程中目标设定和工作内部奖励两个因素对工作投入的预测达到16.6%。明确的工作目标,强调工作本身的价值,忽略工作中令人失望的一面,思考工作的积极意义,可以提高中小学校长的自我领导能力,最终提高校长的工作投入度。
