摘要

本文提出了周期结构的有效计算方法。光栅具有很多周期,用常规方法难以计算。该技术基于众所周知的旋转体时域有限差分法(BOR FDTD)。给出了在中空介质波导中安装小尺度光栅的方法实现。该方法适用于具有损耗介质的结构。为了限制计算,以完全匹配层(PML)的形式提供了域吸收边界条件。对不同光栅进行了数值计算,并对计算结果进行了分析。
