Result show than the results of t-test of hypothesis testing. (5,757 ) (2,013 ). This ni indicates that moitoring signifikan effect on the level of employee productivity. 摘要

本研究是了解Sunson纺织公司PT Sunson的生产监控对员工生产率的影响，监管作为自变量(x)，劳动生产率作为因变量(y)，本研究的调查对象多达48人。通过问卷调查得到的数据，再进行进一步的处理，使用SPSP version 17进行简单回归分析、t检验、相关分析和判定等统计分析进行检验。结果显示小于假设检验的t检验结果。(5757) (2013)这表明监控对员工的生产力水平有显著的影响。PT Sunson纺织品制造商PT Sunson纺织品制造商Thorn的生产中对员工生产力的监管量为41.9%。
