Taking the practice of Hubei Communications Technical College as an example, this article innovatively proposes to build a platform to develop joint enrollment for colleges and enterprises, and establish collegeowned enterprise to carry on joint training of College-enterprise Cooperation, which is a way to solve the problem of the construction of express enterprises’ talent team.
