摘要

钢包是钢铁生产的载体,在钢铁生产中起着重要的作用。因此,及时监测生产状态和设计故障诊断系统对提高钢铁生产效率具有重要意义。利用LabVIEW软件编写数据采集接口,实现基于传感器和数据采集卡的数据采集功能。设计了钢包监测系统数据库,通过钢包监测系统采集钢包温度数据、钢包应力数据和钢包体积数据。在对监控系统模块研究的基础上,基于工作层、永久层和外壳的信号,在LabVIEW软件平台上进行了故障诊断的系统设计。
